Historical recovery status: Later Government Research Record Preserving Exact Historical URL.
A country-information research report later published through Australia’s Refugee Review Tribunal preserved a citation to a December 3, 2004 item titled “Chinese Democratic Party’s Overseas Exiles Headquarters Established”, identifying the source as Caring for China Center News and giving the historical Free China Movement URL www.freechina.net/2004/news/00098.htm.
The exact historical FreeChina.net page is still being sought in web archives. This entry therefore preserves the title, date, and URL citation without reproducing text that has not yet been independently recovered.
