Zhang Yuxiang / 张玉祥
Jiangsu democracy activist and former PLA propaganda-department cadre. Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch document earlier imprisonment, a brief 1998 detention following contact with Wang Bingzhang, and later China Democracy Party activity. OMCT documented a separate 2003 detention connected to online political writing. These custody episodes are kept separate.
