Historical and surviving web properties
| Site / property | Status | Evidence / use |
|---|---|---|
| alliance.org.hk | Historical official domain; no longer functioning as the public organization site | Surviving Alliance pages reference contact@alliance.org.hk and identify the site as the organization’s official web presence. |
| hka8964.wordpress.com | Deleted / unavailable | WordPress.com currently reports that the authors deleted the site. Historical links survive from related Alliance pages. |
| hkanews.wordpress.com — 關注良心犯 | Surviving related Alliance web archive | Contains Alliance articles, prisoner-of-conscience records, newsletter issues, categories, social links and references back to hka8964.wordpress.com. |
| 64museum.blogspot.com | Surviving historical June 4 Museum blog | Preserves exhibition and museum-history material associated with the Alliance’s museum work. |
| 8964museum.com | Active independent preservation project | Preserves large amounts of Alliance-origin and June Fourth material; treated as a preservation source, not as the current Alliance website. |
Recovered official-site evidence
- Website statement / privacy / copyright page — states that the site is the Alliance’s official website, gives the former Mong Kok office address, telephone/fax numbers, and
contact@alliance.org.hk, and permits non-commercial republication with attribution. - The Alliance: History and Structure — preserved organizational overview.
- May 21, 1989 establishment record — formation chronology and initial leadership.
- Szeto Wah archive record — founding-era leadership record.
Recovery protocol
Recovered website pages are catalogued with original title, original URL when known, publication date, surviving archive location, recovery date and completeness status. Primary organizational material is kept distinct from later reporting and retrospective analysis. A dead URL is not treated as a recovered document unless a surviving copy, catalogue record, or archived capture is identified.
Recovered thematic collections
- Tiananmen Mothers recovered materials — Alliance advocacy, memorial and family-support records.
- June Fourth commemorations recovery index — annual vigils, marches, talks and campaign materials.
- Surviving statements index on hkanews.wordpress.com — preserved statement collection from the surviving WordPress archive.
