Recovery status: source located and catalogued; archival abstract preserved.
Archival abstract
Recovered Hong Kong Alliance profile of veteran democracy activist Qin Yongmin. The surviving post records his 2015 detention, later prosecution and 2018 conviction, a 13-year prison sentence, and the disappearance/detention history of his wife Zhao Suli, together with earlier imprisonment connected to democracy activism. Preserved as a source record, separate from current-status verification.
Legacy placement
Old-site branch: 良心犯 / Prisoners of Conscience. The source also used legal-status and case-context categories that are reproduced separately in the legacy structure replica.
Preservation standard
This recovery page preserves title/date/source relationships and a concise abstract rather than silently rewriting the historical record as current fact. Canonical FreeChina.live profiles should carry current status and independent verification.
