Archival abstract
Recovered Hong Kong Alliance record on Wuhan citizen journalist Fang Bin. The source describes his February 2020 hospital videos, subsequent detention and the lack of publicly confirmed information about his whereabouts at the time of the Alliance update. This archive page preserves that historical status rather than presenting it as current.
Legacy placement
Old-site branch: 良心犯 / Prisoners of Conscience. Related historical legal/status categories are reproduced in the legacy Background & Status branch.
Preservation standard
This page preserves the historical source relationship and a concise abstract. Current case status and contested factual assertions should be maintained in separately verified FreeChina.live canonical profiles.
