Tiffany Yuen Ka-wai (袁嘉蔚) is a Hong Kong democracy activist, former District Councillor and former Demosisto vice-chairperson and a former Hong Kong 47 political prisoner. She was released on August 19, 2025 after completing her sentence.
Case record
Yuen was arrested for participating in the July 2020 unofficial democratic primary. An older Hong Kong Watch prisoner profile listed her in jail during her sentence and records a 4-year 3-month sentence for conspiracy to commit subversion. South China Morning Post reported her release on August 19, 2025. Hong Kong Watch also records an earlier four-month sentence connected to the June 4, 2020 Tiananmen vigil.
