Jimmy Sham Tsz-kit (岑子杰) is a Hong Kong democracy and LGBT-rights activist, former convenor of the Civil Human Rights Front, and a former Hong Kong 47 political prisoner. He was released on May 30, 2025 after completing his sentence.
Hong Kong 47 case
An older Hong Kong Watch prisoner profile listed Sham in jail during his sentence. He was sentenced to 4 years 3 months for conspiracy to commit subversion under the National Security Law arising from the July 2020 democratic primary. AP and other contemporaneous reporting record his release on May 30, 2025.
