Henry Wong Pak-yu (王百羽) is a former Hong Kong district councillor and former Hong Kong 47 political prisoner.
Arrest and charge
Wong was arrested on January 6, 2021 and formally charged on February 28, 2021 with conspiracy to commit subversion for participating in the July 2020 unofficial democratic primary.
Sentence
On November 19, 2024, Wong was sentenced to 4 years 3 months.
Release
Wong was released on May 30, 2025 after completing his sentence. He is classified here as former political prisoner / released.
