Au Nok-hin (區諾軒) is a former Hong Kong legislator, former district councillor and former convenor of the Civil Human Rights Front.
Arrest and charge
Au was arrested in January 2021 over his role in promoting the July 2020 unofficial democratic primary and was formally charged on February 28, 2021 with conspiracy to commit subversion.
Sentence
On November 19, 2024, Au was sentenced to 6 years 9 months in the Hong Kong 47 case. Earlier unauthorised-assembly proceedings are preserved as a separate legal episode.
Current status
