Evidence and provenance

This archive separates present custody from historical arrest, conviction, suspended sentence, fine, release or appeal status. It does not project release dates from sentence arithmetic and does not convert an administrative or ordinary criminal conviction into a National Security Law conviction unless the record supports that characterization.
