Case record
Tsui was arrested on September 8, 2021 and later sentenced to four and a half months for refusing a police information demand. He had already completed the sentence before Hong Kong’s top court quashed the conviction on March 6, 2025. This page therefore does not classify him as currently imprisoned on that case.
