Zou Peifu / 邹佩夫
Hunan democracy activist · founding participant in the China Democracy Party Hunan preparatory committee
Zou Peifu (邹佩夫) is a Hunan democracy activist associated with the provincial China Democracy Party organizing effort in 1998.
Hunan CDP founding activity
Contemporaneous Radio Free Asia reporting identifies Zou as one of the Hunan activists who announced formation of the China Democracy Party Hunan preparatory committee in November 1998. A 2009 Changsha judgment separately names Zou together with Liu Liping, Zhou Dajie and Xie Changfa among the 1998 founders. Later CDP historical material continues to place him in Hunan organizational activity.
The combined evidence materially corroborates his founding participation. Exact formal office, tenure and national representative status remain dependent on original organization records and are not inferred.
Custody and evidence controls
No reliable political-custody chronology has been independently established for Zou in the present research pass. Primary-source targets include the original Hunan CDP application/registration packet, founding-member list, original national roster, and later organization-role records.
Name control: the Chinese characters 邹佩夫 are supported by contemporaneous RFA reporting and later legal/organization sources.
