Dong Qian / 冬钱
Profile status: Source-supported canonical profile; primary-document and legal-name enrichment pending.
Dong Qian (冬钱) is documented as a leader in the Henan China Democracy Party network. Radio Free Asia directly interviewed Dong on February 3, 1999 as a responsible leader of the newly announced Henan CDP branch.
A source-attributed reproduction of the February 6, 1999 China Democracy Party United Headquarters notice lists 冬钱 among both the 31-member Headquarters Committee and the separately enumerated 11-member Executive Committee. FreeChina does not infer a specific rotating executive-chair term without dated rotation evidence.
Evidence and open questions
The original Henan branch formation and appointment record, the original February 6 notice, a legal-name/identity record, executive-committee rotation records, and any custody record remain open acquisition targets. No reliable custody chronology has been established in the current evidence set.
