Jurisdiction scope: This profile concerns China Spring organizational activity connected to Hong Kong. Any references to mainland China, Hong Kong legal status, or overseas organizational work must be treated as separate geographic and legal contexts rather than combined into one jurisdictional status.
Canonical ID: DISS-FENG-BIN
Also known as: Sun Suzhi / 孙肃之.
Profile
Feng Bin (冯斌), identified in participant testimony as Sun Suzhi (孙肃之), was an early participant in the overseas China Spring network. Wang Min’s first-person recollection states that Wang Bingzhang sent Sun Suzhi/Feng Bin with He Hui to Hong Kong in January 1983 to prepare publicity and establish a China Spring liaison point.
Later CAD organizational history lists Feng Bin in the first-congress standing committee. The alias and early Hong Kong liaison-building activity are directly attested in participant testimony; the precise first-congress title remains dependent on verification of the original election record.
Evidence and controls
The current baseline combines Wang Min’s first-person recollection, Hong Kong press leads and the CAD Ten-Year History. No political-custody history has been identified in this research pass.
Primary-source gaps: January 1983 Hong Kong liaison records and press; early China Spring mastheads; first-congress election page; additional identity/alias documentation.
FCM research note: formal congress-office wording remains source-bounded pending the original election record.
