Yao Zhenxian (姚振宪) is a Chinese democracy activist whose detention history and participation in efforts to register a Shanghai branch of the China Democracy Party are documented by international human-rights records and contemporaneous reporting.
Sources also use the Chinese forms 姚振先 and 姚遵宪. FreeChina.live uses 姚振宪 as the preferred public display while preserving the other forms as source variants. Original legal and identity instruments remain important for resolving the historical record in full.
