Public Acts, Repression & Transitional Review

This branch examines public and coercive acts that cannot be treated the same way as ordinary private civil relations. It covers political prosecutions, arbitrary detention, censorship penalties, religious persecution, forced labor, confiscation, coerced judgments, discriminatory status decisions and other serious rights violations.

Effective control alone does not create a presumption that such acts were lawful. Each category requires independent constitutional, statutory, evidentiary and remedial review.
