Ding Guixiong / 丁贵雄
Profile status: Source-supported canonical profile; primary-document enrichment pending.
Ding Guixiong (丁贵雄) is documented in contemporaneous reporting as a China Democracy Party activist from Wuyuan, Inner Mongolia. Radio Free Asia, Human Rights Watch and contemporaneous international reporting identify him as a 36-year-old activist detained in late December 1998 after repeated police questioning.
A reproduction of the February 6, 1999 China Democracy Party United Headquarters notice lists Ding among its 31 committee members. FreeChina treats that committee title as reproduction-supported pending recovery of the original notice. Later rights reporting records continued CDP identification and police restrictions.
Custody and evidence control
The late-December 1998 detention is independently corroborated, but its exact duration and disposition remain open. Original detention, CDP membership/preparatory, United Headquarters and later police records remain acquisition targets.
