The surviving English-language FreeChina.net sponsor page preserves a broad list of organizations associated with the 1998 Free China Unity Meeting. The list includes the Free China Forum, Americans for a Free China, Program on Transition to Democracy, Party for Freedom and Democracy in China, Chinese Democratic Justice Party, China Democracy Party organizations, China Spring, VIP Reference, Small Reference, mainland human-rights groups, Australia and New Zealand democracy organizations, and other participating or proposed organizations.
The page separately marks several organizations as “to be confirmed,” an important distinction retained in this recovery record.
