March 2009 reporting by The Epoch Times identified human-rights lawyer Ye Ning in connection with the Free China Movement. One contemporaneous report described him as a Free China Movement initiator; another report later that month identified him as the movement’s chair while covering the formation of a Han-Tibetan association in Washington and New York.
These descriptions are preserved as source-attributed historical titles. They do not by themselves establish uninterrupted organizational governance before or after 2009.
