Case record
Sze Ching-wee was convicted in November 2022 together with the former trustees for failing to register or obtain an exemption for the 612 Humanitarian Relief Fund. Contemporary reporting records a HK$2,500 fine. He did not file the appeal pursued by the five former trustees. This was not a National Security Law conviction.
Evidence and provenance
This archive separates present custody from historical arrest, conviction, suspended sentence, fine, release or appeal status. It does not project release dates from sentence arithmetic and does not convert an administrative or ordinary criminal conviction into a National Security Law conviction unless the record supports that characterization.
