Historical press advisory — October 1997; protest scheduled for October 31.
This archival record documents a PFDC press advisory announcing a protest during Jiang Zemin’s 1997 New York visit, centered on the Waldorf Hotel. The two-page advisory identifies Ni Yuxian, Hu Ping, Wei Jingsheng and Lian Shengde in the protest and press-kit context.
The advisory belongs to the same 1997 protest campaign as other PFDC press releases and media-distribution records, while remaining a distinct document and source state.
The preserved scan includes historical press-routing information. A public scan will be attached only after unnecessary contact and transmission details are removed from a separate public derivative; the archival original remains preserved in the research collection.
