Inclusion standard
- Execution by PRC state or judicial authorities must be documented.
- The political, religious, democracy-movement, human-rights or rights-related context must be supported by reliable sources.
- The archive will distinguish the legal act of execution from broader analysis of Party-state responsibility.
- Each record should include name, Chinese name, date, place, case or charge if documented, circumstances, sources, and a verification-status label.
Records will not be placed in this collection solely because a person was executed; the relevant political or rights context must also be documented.
