An Shunlian (安顺莲), born in 1948, is a Falun Gong practitioner from Kunming, Yunnan Province. According to Minghui, she was arrested in August 2023, prosecuted in 2024, and sentenced to three and a half years by the Xishan District Court on December 16, 2024. Minghui reported a transfer to Yunnan Province Second Women’s Prison in early 2026. Rights Defense Network Issue 131 (August 31, 2026) also lists her as in custody.
Minghui reported an appeal, serious visual impairment, and a 10,000-yuan fine. A separate roundup conflicts on the fine and sentencing date; the detailed January 2025 account gives December 16 and 10,000 yuan. The disposition of the appeal is not verified.
