Andrew Wan Siu-kin (尹兆堅) is a former vice-chairman of Hong Kong’s Democratic Party and a former Hong Kong 47 political prisoner. He was released on July 4, 2026 after completing his sentence.

An older Hong Kong Watch prisoner profile listed Wan in jail during his sentence. He was sentenced to 4 years 8 months for conspiracy to commit subversion under the National Security Law arising from the July 2020 democratic primary. South China Morning Post reported his release on July 4, 2026.
