Andy Chui Chi-kin (徐子見) is a Hong Kong democracy activist and former Hong Kong 47 political prisoner.
Arrest and charge
Chui was arrested on January 6, 2021 over participation in the July 2020 unofficial democratic primary and was formally charged on February 28, 2021 with conspiracy to commit subversion.
Sentence
On November 19, 2024, Chui was sentenced to 4 years 2 months.
Release
Chui was released on October 27, 2025 after completing the Hong Kong 47 sentence. He is classified as a former political prisoner / released. Earlier unauthorized-assembly proceedings are recorded separately.
