Bi Jinmei (毕金梅), a former freshwater aquaculture engineer in Songming County, Yunnan, is a Falun Gong practitioner. Minghui reported a 2006 forced-labor term, a seven-and-a-half-year sentence in 2015, release in February 2022, and a January 2025 arrest followed by a three-and-a-half-year sentence. Its March 2026 reporting placed her in Yunnan Province Second Women’s Prison, with a term expected to end in July 2028. Rights Defense Network Issue 131 (August 31, 2026) lists her as a reported current-custody case.
