Jeremy Tam Man-ho (譚文豪) is a former Civic Party legislator and former Hong Kong 47 political prisoner.
Arrest and charge
Tam was arrested on January 6, 2021 over participation in the July 2020 unofficial democratic primary and was formally charged on February 28, 2021 with conspiracy to commit subversion.
Sentence
On November 19, 2024, he was sentenced to 4 years 2 months.
Release
Tam was released on April 29, 2025 after completing his sentence. He is classified here as a former political prisoner / released.
