Kwok Ka-ki (郭家麒) is a doctor, former Civic Party legislator and former Hong Kong 47 political prisoner.
Arrest and charge
Kwok was arrested on January 6, 2021 over participation in the July 2020 unofficial democratic primary and was formally charged with conspiracy to commit subversion on February 28, 2021.
Sentence
On November 19, 2024, he was sentenced to 4 years 2 months.
Release
Kwok was released on April 29, 2025 after completing his sentence. He is classified as a former political prisoner / released.
