Simon Cheng is a Hong Kong activist and former British Consulate employee who was detained in mainland China in August 2019 and later granted asylum in the United Kingdom. Hong Kong authorities subsequently issued an arrest warrant and cancelled his passport. He is not counted as currently imprisoned.
