Wang Tiancheng (王天成) is associated with later overseas China Democracy Party organizing. China Democracy Party National Committee records identify him in the 2009–2010 preparatory process and in an executive role after the 2010 special congress. These titles are attributed to that specific organization and are not back-projected to the entire 1998 CDP movement.
