Shi Jun / 施军
Profile status: Source-supported canonical profile; primary-document enrichment pending.
Shi Jun (施军) is documented as a China Democracy Party activist and North America branch leader. A reproduction of the Xu Wenli trial record states that prosecutors introduced Shi Jun’s CDP membership application. A January 1999 organizational letter identifies him as a leader of the Beijing–Tianjin CDP North America branch, and Radio Free Asia independently identified him in March 2000 as a North America branch representative speaking at the U.S. Capitol.
A reproduced February 6, 1999 United Headquarters notice lists Shi among both the 31-member Headquarters Committee and the separately enumerated 11-member Executive Committee. FreeChina does not infer a specific rotating executive-chair term without dated rotation evidence.
Evidence and open questions
Original membership, branch-formation and appointment records, the original February 6 notice, executive rotation records, and the original 2000 overseas-conference record remain enrichment targets. No PRC political-imprisonment chronology has been established for this profile.
