Li Suwen — People Profile

Amnesty International identified Li Suwen among citizens of the People’s Republic of China detained in Thailand in 1992 and reported that the group faced an imminent risk of forcible return to China. Amnesty stated that those named would face a grave risk of imprisonment for peaceful political activities if returned.

What is established

The available Amnesty record establishes the detention and refoulement-risk case. It does not, by itself, establish a specific office in the Chinese Alliance for Democracy or another organization, so no such title is assigned here without stronger documentation.
