Han Chunlong is a Falun Gong practitioner from Heishan County in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, reported to have been imprisoned twice for practicing Falun Gong.
According to Minghui.org reporting, Han was first arrested on December 11, 2012, while on a business trip in Dandong City, and was later sentenced to four years’ imprisonment by the Zhenxing District Court in Dandong, serving from 2012 to 2016. Minghui reported that he was beaten and tortured in the Dandong Detention Center, including being force-fed during a hunger strike.
Han was arrested again on October 2, 2023, for practicing Falun Gong. On March 25, 2024, he was sentenced to four years’ imprisonment with a 30,000-yuan fine. He appealed to the Shenyang City Intermediate Court, which upheld the verdict. In August 2024 he was admitted to Division 9 of Jinzhou Prison.
Minghui reported that Han was held in solitary confinement three times — from October 13 to November 26, 2024; from July 26 to August 9, 2025; and from December 2, 2025, to January 2, 2026 — for refusing to comply with prison orders, including refusing forced labor. In January 2026, prison authorities revoked his family’s visitation rights for three months.
