Chen Xiaobin (陈晓彬) was a Falun Gong practitioner from Jieyang, Guangdong Province, whose death on May 1, 2023 was reported by Minghui.
Minghui reports that Chen was arrested in May 2017, later sentenced to two and a half years, and released in November 2019 after completing the term. The same source says her health deteriorated after detention and that she died about three and a half years after release, at age 48.

A 2026 rights-defense roster continued to list Chen as a current prisoner; because Minghui reports her death in 2023 and no re-arrest after her 2019 release has been identified, that later roster entry requires reconciliation and is not treated here as proof of current custody.
