Gao Lianhou (高连厚), 52, is a native of Gansu Province who was working in Beijing’s Daxing District when he was arrested in September 2023 after being reported for talking to people about Falun Gong. A Beijing court later sentenced him to six years in prison, a sentence Minghui confirmed in late May 2025. He appears in the Rights Defense Network’s Issue 131 monthly roster (August 31, 2026) among political prisoners and prisoners of conscience listed as in custody, in the six-year-sentence group. 2023 arrest and six-year sentence
Minghui reported that officers from the Daxing Police Station barred his family from visiting him after the September 2023 arrest. In late May 2025 the outlet reported that a six-year sentence had been confirmed; it did not know his detention location.
The arrest, sentencing and custody details come from Minghui reporting and the CHRD prisoner database and have not been independently verified by other outlets. No court judgment or official sentencing document has been located.
