Guo Yunxiang (郭云香) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Fuyu County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. Monitoring sources report that she was arrested in July 2025 and sentenced in June 2026 to one year and nine months in prison plus a 4,000-yuan fine.
2025 arrest
Minghui and the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong report that police in Fuyu County detained 21 practitioners and family members on July 20, 2025. Guo was among five women who remained in custody at the Qiqihar City Detention Center after others were released.
2026 sentence
The same sources report that the Fuyu County Court sentenced the five women in June 2026. Guo received one year and nine months in prison and a 4,000-yuan fine. The formal criminal charge and exact sentencing date were not published.
