Evidence notes
The original reduction decisions have been removed from China Judgements Online. Dui Hua could not assess the truthfulness of the government’s allegations concerning the Xingya Party. The later reduction request’s outcome and Guo’s release are not confirmed; current custody status is therefore unknown.
