- October 31, 2004 — Minghui/Clearwisdom. An eyewitness account of the Beijing Juvenile Prisoner Detention Facility lists “Ms. He Guilan, about 60 years old” as sentenced to eight years and serving from 2001. Source.
- February 1, 2005 — Minghui. Reports that a Beijing practitioner named He Guilan was taken from home on April 27, 2004, held at a “reform center,” transferred to Changping Prison, and sentenced to five years approximately two months before publication. Source.
Evidence notes
The records conflict on both sentence length and detention chronology and may concern two different people. No merger is asserted. Chinese characters are unverified, and no post-2005 status is inferred. Both records come from the same Falun Gong-affiliated reporting lineage and lack independent corroboration.
