2024 case
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong reports that He was detained on February 19, 2024 in Heshui Town, Xingning, while distributing Falun Gong materials. It reports that she was later prosecuted before the Meixian District Court and transferred to Guangdong Women’s Prison in November 2024.
WOIPFG reports a four-year prison sentence and a 60,000-yuan fine. Rights Defense Network Issue 131 instead places 何新芳 in a four-years-two-months subgroup. No public court judgment was located, so the two sentence figures are preserved with attribution rather than harmonized.
