He Zhuojun (何卓君) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Suizhou City, Hubei Province. Rights Defense Network Issue 131, dated August 31, 2026, lists her in the seven-years-six-months subgroup among reported current-custody cases.
2023–2024 case
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong reports that He Zhuojun was detained on August 3, 2023 with Leng Shunchang, Peng Huayun and Gong Taiqing during a Suizhou police operation. The four were later transferred to the Zengdu District Procuratorate and tried by the Zengdu District Court on June 27, 2024.
WOIPFG’s updated notice reports that in September 2024 He Zhuojun and Leng Shunchang were each sentenced to seven years and six months in prison and fined 10,000 yuan, while Peng Huayun and Gong Taiqing received two-year terms. It reports that all four appealed.
Status and evidence limits
The outcome of He’s appeal has not been located. WOIPFG’s two versions give different ages for He, 55 and 59; the discrepancy is unresolved. No public court judgment or official statement was located, and allegations concerning mistreatment and hunger strikes remain source-attributed.
