Hui Xiaoli / 惠晓丽

Hui Xiaoli (惠晓丽) is identified in rights-monitoring records as the daughter of Falun Gong practitioner Li Yujuan. Falun Gong-affiliated outlets report that she was sentenced in January 2026 to two years in prison in Yishui County, Shandong Province.

Reported case history

Minghui reports that on April 1, 2025, Hui Xiaoli, Li Yujuan, Li Yifang and Ma Huaizhen were detained by officers of the Yishui County Domestic Security Division. Later reporting identifies Hui as Li Yujuan’s daughter and Ma Huaizhen as Li Yifang’s wife.

A September 2025 Minghui report states that the four were scheduled for trial on September 9, 2025. Faluninfo later reported that on January 6, 2026, Li Yujuan and Hui Xiaoli were each sentenced to two years in prison and fined 20,000 yuan; Ma Huaizhen received five years and Li Yifang one year.

Status and evidence limits

Rights Defense Network Issue 131, dated August 31, 2026, lists Hui Xiaoli among reported in-custody cases in its two-year-sentence subgroup. The sentencing court, criminal charge and post-sentencing facility were not located, and no release date is inferred.

Identity note: the Chinese form 惠晓丽 is derived from position-for-position alignment between the Chinese and English editions of Issue 131. No independent biographical source reviewed prints the characters, so the character form remains source-limited.
