Li Youbin (李友滨), born in 1974, is a Falun Gong practitioner from Luohu Town, Dongyuan County, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province. According to the Rights Defense Network, she was arrested in September 2022 while distributing Falun Gong materials and later sentenced to eight years in prison.
