Li Jinghua / 李景花

Li Jinghua (李景花) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Zibo City, Shandong Province. Falun Gong-affiliated reporting states that she was arrested in 2022 and later sentenced to three years and six months in prison.

2022–2024 case

Minghui reports that Li, an elderly resident of Nanding Town in Zhangdian District, was arrested in October 2022 by officers from the Nanding Police Station after being reported for talking to people about Falun Gong. She was released on bail and later taken back into custody.

A consolidated August 2024 report states that the Zhangdian District Court sentenced her in August 2023 to three years and six months in prison and fined her 5,000 yuan, and that she was admitted to Jinan Women’s Prison. A contemporaneous November 2023 item instead reported a three-year sentence and contains internally conflicting trial dates. The later consolidated reporting and 2026 roster support the three-and-a-half-year figure, while the earlier discrepancy is preserved.

Status and evidence limits

Rights Defense Network Issue 131 lists 李景花 among reported current prisoners in its three-years-six-months group as of August 31, 2026. Exact 2023 arrest and trial dates remain unresolved, and no release date is inferred.
