Minghui reported that Liu Lanchun of Miyun District was arrested after distributing Falun Gong materials, first held at Chengguan Police Station, and later transferred to Jizhuang Detention Center.

Rights Defense Network Issue 131 lists 刘兰春 / Liu Lanchun in the two-year-sentence group and among detained prisoners of conscience.
Editorial and evidence note
No standalone sentencing report tying the two-year term directly to the Beijing arrest was located in the prepared evidence. The roster-to-Beijing identification is therefore a reasoned inference based on exact name, arrest timing, and continued detention and is presented as such.
Same-name case excluded
Minghui also reported a Liu Lanchun in Binzhou, Shandong, in 2018. The timing and geography indicate a different person. Conflicting May 2018 arrest dates within that Shandong reporting are preserved as source discrepancies and are not used for the Beijing profile.
