Qin Weijin / 覃伟进 — Media Profile & Archive
Person profile: Qin Weijin / 覃伟进.
Source basis
Rights Defense Network Issue 131, dated August 31, 2026, lists 覃伟进 in the detained-without-sentence section, within its Guangxi regional group, and in the report’s name index.
Evidence notes
This is a single-source roster record. No charge, arrest date, detention facility, age, gender, occupation, or independent case-specific source was located. Guangxi is the report’s regional grouping and is not treated as a confirmed hometown.
The “109锡安教案” label appearing later in the same Guangxi list is not attributed to Qin Weijin. Index adjacency to 覃秋艳 does not establish a relationship.
