Liu Jingshu (刘敬书) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
Minghui reports that Liu was arrested on February 17, 2021 by officers from Luoyang City, Henan Province, as part of a wider campaign targeting out-of-province Falun Gong practitioners who had posted information online.
Minghui later reported that the Jianxi District Court in Luoyang sentenced Liu to eight years in prison and that she was transferred to Henan Province Women’s Prison on April 25, 2023.
A Minghui sentencing compilation lists 刘敬书 / Liu Jingshu of Wenzhou, Zhejiang, with an eight-year sentence. Rights Defense Network Issue 131, dated August 31, 2026, also places 刘敬书 in its eight-year-sentence group.
