Shi Xiaochun (史小春) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Jidong County, Jixi City, Heilongjiang. Minghui/Clearwisdom reports describe five forced-labor terms between 1999 and 2008.
Those reports describe repeated detentions in Jixi, Changlinzi, and Suihua forced-labor facilities, with the last documented two-year term beginning in May 2008 after an April 10 arrest at his home. The reported term would have ended around May 2010.
Status and evidence limits
No located public report after 2011 documents Shi’s whereabouts or any later detention. He should therefore be treated as a former prisoner with current status unknown, not as a current detainee.
All located substantive coverage is from Minghui/Clearwisdom, practitioner-run Falun Gong-affiliated outlets. Detention dates, alleged beatings, camp conditions and named officials are therefore presented only as those sources’ reports. One 2011 commentary appears to call Shi “Ms.”; earlier and more detailed reports identify him as male.
