Sun Xuebing (孙雪冰) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Changchun City, Jilin Province. Rights Defense Network / 维权网 Issue 131 dated August 31, 2026 lists him in the fixed-term imprisonment section among those reported as sentenced to two years.
Minghui reports that Sun Xuebing and his wife, Wang Min, were arrested at home on the evening of July 14, 2022 by officers from the Yangjiadian Police Station in Erdao District, Changchun, and taken to the Xinglongshan Detention Center.
In March 2023, Minghui reported that Sun Xuebing had been sentenced to two years in prison and that Wang Min had been sentenced to one year and ten months. A July/August 2023 Minghui report again confirmed both sentences and reported that Wang Min had been taken to the Jilin Province Women’s Prison.
Status and identity limits
Issue 131 dated August 31, 2026 lists Sun Xuebing among reported in-custody cases in the two-year subgroup. No source located provides a sentence start/end date, a release record, or a post-2023 custody update, so no release date or current facility is inferred.
The Chinese form 孙雪冰 is resolved positionally from the Chinese and English editions of Issue 131. A separate 2000 Beijing university-student record with the same romanized name is not merged with this case because no multi-anchor connection has been established.
