Tang Sulan (唐素兰) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Linshui County, Guang’an City, Sichuan Province. Rights Defense Network / 维权网 Issue 131 dated August 31, 2026 lists her among reported in-custody cases in the three-year-sentence subgroup.
According to the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), Tang was 85 when the organization published a February 7, 2026 notice about her case. It reports that she was detained on September 11, 2025, held at the Huaying City Detention Center, and tried by the Linshui County Court on November 13, 2025.
The same organization reports that Tang had been imprisoned twice before for practicing Falun Gong: a four-year term imposed in 2000 and a two-year-six-month term imposed in October 2016. It also reports persecution of multiple family members; those claims remain attributed to WOIPFG and are not independently verified here.
