Wang Suqin (王素琴) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Hongshan District, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia. According to Rights Defense Network reporting, she was sentenced in August 2026 to one year and six months in prison, with a sentence end date reported as June 30, 2027.
The same report states that Wang, born in 1964, began practicing Falun Gong in 1999. It reports that on November 13, 2025 she was detained after distributing Falun Gong calendars and released the same day. On January 1, 2026 she was detained again while caring for her bedridden mother, then prosecuted and later sentenced by the Hongshan District Court.
